Sharon Jennings

Flow Yoga with Sharon takes you to another place entirely! Sharon is a Jivani certified yoga teacher who offers flow yoga in a supported environment. A passionate believer in, and advocate for, yoga as a wonderful tool to stay flexible at all ages and stages of life. She promotes yoga as a fantastic way to bring calmness into our lives and to de-stress from the pressures of our ever-increasing hectic and demanding world.
Sharon wants people to reconnect with their bodies and discover the joy of moving and breathing.

Hannah McMillan
Hannah instructs our Ballet Fitness class. She has always loved dancing since starting ballet aged 3- being involved with various productions and shows and also achieving Grade 8 Royal Academy of Dance certificate as well as an Intermediate Foundation and Intermediate certificate in Ballet. Hannah says “Ballet is my passion- I love everything about it, the music, the discipline, the fitness and of course the adrenaline you have just before you are about to perform on stage! Ballet and Contemporary is an incredible way to express yourself through movement whilst keeping yourself fit- which is why Ballet Fitness is a great way to strengthen your body and fitness but still have fun while you’re doing it-and you don’t have to already be a dancer!”

Laura Luke
With high energy and enthusiasm Laura instructs our Circuits class! As a great lover of health and fitness herself,  Laura has various dance & fitness qualifications and she revels in helping our clients reach their fitness goals. “My circuits class is all about fitness and strength whilst having fun to your favourite chart music.”
